The Minden Cathedral Treasure houses fascinating artworks that are up to 1100 years old. On Saturday, November 7, at 11 a.m., interested individuals have the opportunity to get to know these impressive testimonies of Christian art history during a public tour at Kleiner Domhof 24.

At the invitation of the Dombau-Verein Minden (DVM), cathedral treasure guide Andreas Kresse takes visitors on an exciting exploratory journey through the cathedral treasury. The focus is on extraordinary exhibits such as the famous Minden Cross from the early 12th century and the so-called "talking" arm reliquary of Saint Margaret from the 11th century. The latter is considered one of the oldest artworks of its kind and is a remarkable example of medieval relic art.

Tickets for the tour can be purchased online at www.dvm-event.de as well as directly at the visitor service of the Minden Cathedral Treasury. Admission is 6 euros.
