Nature park guide Holger Kern invites you to a sporty morning in the Teutoburg Forest with a 13 km hiking route with 320 meters of ascent and descent. On this interesting and varied hike, you can experience the effects of historical forest use as well as the geological origins of today's geological formations.
The walk is mainly on forest paths, but forest and woodland paths as well as asphalt paths/roads in the settlement are also used. You should be in good physical condition for this event. Sturdy shoes and weatherproof clothing as well as sufficient food and drink are a must.
Start: 9:45 am at the Sieker Steig C streetcar stop (parking is available on site), departure 10:08 am on bus line 34 in the direction of Oerlinghausen to the Weißer Weg stop (takes about 15 minutes), the start and finish point of the hike.
Duration: 3-4 hours pure hiking time plus information stops and breaks
