To say it straight away: you won't see any more glassworks, as they were soon demolished in the forests south of Bad Driburg when glass was produced. However, there are a number of information boards along the trail about former glassworks and other special features relating to earlier glass production. The origin of the name "Siebenstern" is of course also explained. A refreshment stop at the Hotel Kanne with a view of the idyllic Siebenstern valley will fortify hikers before they take the direct route back to Bad Driburg.
