In spring, we are drawn out to witness the growth processes in nature - the first delicate, then increasingly accelerated appearance of leaves, herbs, flowers, insects and birdsong. And where better to experience nature in all its facets than in the forest?
We seek peace and relaxation in the forest, reconnection with our natural origins, healing from stress-related impairments, mental recharging. The Japanese Shinrin Yoku is the model for our forest bathing practiced here. We learn about the many positive effects of the forest on body, mind and soul - simply by being in it and moving around.
This is reinforced during this 1.5 to 2-hour guided course through simple physical exercises and short meditations.
