Salt, brine and starch are the keywords that shaped the face of Salzuflingen and the fortunes of its inhabitants. Salt production from the Middle Ages to the 20th century, the healing effects of the mineral springs and industry of international stature formed central elements of the town's history.
Among other things, you can browse through two page books worth reading in the exhibition rooms.
