Rest area in front of the open slope of the Schwiemelkopf with a view of the Ostheim Diemel bridge, the railroad line and the Stenderberg as well as the Ostheimer Hute.

The beautiful rest area at the Diemel bridge in Ostheim is located directly on the Diemel cycle path between Liebenau and Lamerden. The open limestone gravel and the rough grassland of the Prall slope are exciting geotopes and biotopes.
