We can quickly obtain books that we do not have in stock for you. Thanks to our cooperation with all German book wholesalers, we can deliver 1 million titles to you overnight. If you order by 1700 (on Saturdays by 1300), the books are usually ready for you on the next working day from 1000. This also applies to many CDs, DVDs, games and audio books.
Exchange guarantee
All stock titles can be exchanged within two months - even without a receipt (e.g. for gifts).
Purchase without risk
We will take back stock titles purchased from us within two months and refund the money upon presentation of the receipt.
Gift wrapping
We wrap the books as attractive gifts - free of charge.
