Our herbalist Inga Bekemeier takes you on a 90-minute foray through the Minden glacis and along the Weser to discover the urban nature of our native wild plants.
Dandelion salad and nettle soup are well known. But which wild herbs in our surroundings can also be used for culinary purposes and how can ribwort plantain and the like be used for our physical well-being? There are also "magical application tips" from ancient times.
