The parish church of St. Margaretha was built in the 1850s in neo-Gothic style and later renovated several times. The 47-metre-high church tower, visible from afar, is the town's landmark. The oldest work of art in the church is a baptismal font dating back to the 16th century. The interior includes a monstrance from the 18th century. The Stations of the Cross (1921) were restored in 1996. The altars date from the time the church was built. The church has a historic organ, built by master organ builder Randebrock in 1855/1856. The choir stained glass windows were created by Düsseldorf stained glass artist Hertel in 1912.

Take the highway A 33 to the exit "Pad.-Zentrum"; then take the B 64 towards Bad Driburg. Take the "Warburger Straße/Universität" exit in the direction of Paderborn city center. Turn right at the first set of traffic lights onto Ludwigsfelder Ring, then turn right again at the next junction onto Dahler Weg. Follow the road to Dahl. In Dahl turn right into Schlotmannstraße.
