The farm store "Hedda's Bauernladen" sells turkey and chicken meat from its own farm, Hof Korte.
The animals come to the farm as chicks at the age of one day and are reared here. No antibiotics have been used in the poultry for 30 years. Poultry sausages and ready-made products such as poultry rissoles, soups and stews are produced in the farm's own butcher's shop and kitchen. These are sold with the fresh poultry meat in the farm store and at weekly markets in the region.
