Wiedenbrücker Emssee, located in the middle of Flora-Westfalica Park, is a tourist highlight. In the past, only the Ems was slightly wider here, but the lake was created back in 1986 as part of the 1988 State Garden Show.

In summer, you can marvel at all kinds of small boats at the weekends, when model boat builders present their "Ems fleet". A popular attraction for children is the water playground located directly on Lake Emssee.
