In concrete terms, the special features of the Kulturhaus should be:

• Participation in a diverse community with, among others, established artists, craftspeople and culturally and socially interested citizens of Bielefeld and the surrounding area.

• The opportunity to participate in artistic and cultural life with your own ideas, even with very limited financial resources (for members of the Kulturhaus and external parties).

• Establishment of event formats that do not yet exist in the city.
