When walking barefoot on the path, try walking upright. Can you feel how the vertebrae interact from the lumbar to the cervical vertebrae? This way of walking contributes to a pain-free and flexible back. You are doing something good for your back and your body.
It is advisable to warm up your feet again after treading water. The best way to do this is to walk a few meters along the barefoot path.
You can experience another barefoot path adventure trail in the extensive spa park. Admission to the spa park is charged from April 1 to October 31, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Holders of a SalzuflenCARD have free admission.
Note: The landscaped garden is accessible all year round without admission.
