In addition to the medieval castle ruins, the fountain temple of the Arminius spring is one of the most photographed sights in Bad Lippspring. It symbolizes an important chapter in the history of the town and spa. The architectural gem was built in 1989/90, shortly after the demolition of the old Arminius drinking hall. The six supporting pillars, which were incorporated into the newly designed fountain temple, are still reminiscent of the former building. The two outlet pipes of the fountain dispense the Arminius healing water.
