You start this varied cycle route at the "Die Weberei" cultural center.
First, the Südschleife takes you out of town along the Dalkepromenade. The route soon leads to the traditional "Wapelbad". The nearby "Kiebitzhof" farm with its farm store and farm café invites you to linger. You continue through the south of Gütersloh and pass the city park with its unique botanical garden and the Palmenhaus café. If you're looking for a change of pace, a game of minigolf is the perfect way to let the balls plop happily into the holes. Cyclists' calves may also look forward to cooling off in the shallow waters of the "Parkbad"! Now it won't be long before you get back to the "Weaving Mill".
