Cycling along the Mill Route to the coziest beer gardens and most beautiful places to stop for a break

Stage 2: Local and Delicious: Bike Tour from Rahden to Stemwede

The route continues northwest along the Mill Trail. At the Winkelmann Asparagus Farm, visitors can enjoy SparButtjer, beer, buttered bread, strawberries, and other regional specialties while taking a wonderful lunch break.

After a detour through Wehe, past the post mill, you’ll reach the Rahden Museum Farm. This historic farmstead invites you to take a journey back in time to the early 19th century. At the adjacent restaurant, you can refuel with cake, beer, and buttered bread.

The final leg of the route leads through Hammoor to Levern. On the terrace of the Hotel Schwiizer Alp, you can relax and wind down the day.
