It's back to the Pfläge! Sybille Bullatschek is on tour with her 4th program. Once again, there's drama at Haus Sonnenuntergang.

The golden bedpan is at stake. The award, which the home has won eight times in a row, is to be revoked. Asbestos was found in the floor in the "Nordcorega" living area. The only option: the floor has to be removed, as do the senior citizens, who are relocated without further ado. However, not everyone is enthusiastic about the room allocation. Mrs. Baumann and Mrs. Häfele have a fierce battle down to the sippy cup.

And that's not the only challenge Sybille has to overcome. True to the motto "I'm allowed to do this, I'm Pflägekraft!", she guides her 94-year-old protégé Mr. Kämmerer through the Mc Drive against the will of the drivers behind, punches arch-enemy Sandra Seifert away while catching bouquets and gets into a fight with the police during a police check.

This time, things also get sporty at Haus Sonnenuntergang. Due to the high sickness rate, home manager Rüdiger Otterle has ordered gymnastics. However, a free trial subscription to the fitness studio "Fit or die" proves to be a flop, so Sybille takes the gymnastics into her own hands. With the audience watching, she practises "the plank straddle", the "double bed lift" and the "teeth searcher". However, it remains to be seen whether the whole thing will end up looking as graceful as expected.
