Start of Carnival in Salzkotten

At the traditional Prince Proclamation ceremony hosted by the Kolping Society of Salzkotten, all eyes are on the exciting question of who will reign over the Sälzer carnival revelers in the future. With performances by the Sälzer Youth Guard and Dance Guard, carnival skits, and musical entertainment, a true carnival atmosphere takes hold at City Hall.
