Beech forests are often overlooked on hikes- yet they are home to a fascinating world full of life. On our foray, we immerse ourselves in this special habitat and discover the beech in all its facets - from the deep roots right up to the majestic crown. A short detour on our circular tour to the Ascheloh organic farm takes us to old fruit varieties and rare animal breeds that have almost been forgotten. The "Kaffeemühle" history trail opens a window into the past before the viewing pavilion offers an impressive view over Hall city center.
