End of the season in the Garden Show Park without the giant dragon Fangdorn? Unthinkable. And of course, the almost 10-meter-long, lifelike dragon will be at the kite festival again this year. The last highlight of the summer season will take place on Sunday, October 19, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the north section of the park.

Every year, Fangdorn enchants thousands of visitors who don't want to miss the main attraction of the kite festival. Young and old alike watch in fascination as Fangdorn spits flames and blows smoke from its nostrils, snorts, roars or growls, whips its thorny tail, flaps its wings or even blinks its eyes sweetly. The huge, almost three-meter-high and extremely imposing mythical creature can also be seen several times at this year's Dragon Festival. The dragon-powerful shows start at 11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm and 5 pm in the Volksbank Arena

Visitors can also look forward to many other attractions, so there is guaranteed to be no time for boredom.

The Dragon Festival is the last major event of the season in the Garden Show Park. Admission is included in the regular admission price for the park: Adults pay 6 euros for a day ticket, children aged 4 and over 2 euros. Holders of a season ticket have free admission.
