Grinding and baking day at the Rossmühle museum farm

From 1860, square half-timbered building with a göpel system (draw beam on a shaft protruding from the roof, draught animal runs around the building) for "Boken" (flax crushing with four-fold tamping mechanism) and a "Wechselwerk" (change mechanism) for a shot mill; functional. Complete farmstead with bakehouse and other outbuildings, exhibitions: Flax production, rural clothing.
