Aktiv im Park: Bewegung & Balance am Dienstagmorgen
Active in the Park
The Gesundwerk offers a diverse activity program in the spa park from April to October. Find out about the various program contents, dates, and durations – the offering is suitable for both consistent participants and spontaneous individuals who want to try something new. With "Active in the Park" - everyone who feels like it can join in and enjoy moving in a beautiful park setting and fresh air.
Movement & Balance
Mobility, coordination, and stability are the cornerstones of both inner and outer balance.
In this offering, we combine gentle exercises from Qi Gong, Taiji, and Yoga with mindful breathing and inner alignment.
Small movement sequences bring lightness to the body.
Muscles and joints are invigorated and relaxed. We strengthen our core – soothing, building, and balancing.
Meeting point is the activity point at the activity area.
Please note: Active in the Park does not take place on public holidays!
