Our passion does not begin and end with people - it also applies to nature and our region. As a deeply rooted agricultural business with a focus on growing asparagus and strawberries, we know how important it is to conserve resources and act sustainably. For us, sourcing regional products from our local farmers is not a question, but a matter of course.

Our self-image is characterized by sustainability. To ensure that not only our current generation, but also our children's and grandchildren's generations can find the world as worth living in as we do, we place the highest value on protecting our sensitive environment. We cover our energy requirements using a modern wood chip heating system and large-scale photovoltaic plots.

The loving restoration of the historic buildings pays tribute to our ancestors and embodies our desire to preserve and not replace what already exists.
