On the premises of kofi, speciality coffee is roasted and prepared by hand, and the baked goods are baked in our own stone oven.
Kofi only processes so-called speciality coffees. These are sourced seasonally and roasted gently and lightly. With this approach, they honour the hard work and commitment of their production partners and demonstrate the diversity of flavours, aromas and acids that the terroirs of the world naturally produce without overpowering them with roasted flavours.
The speciality coffees are offered via the online shop as well as on site.
