The Hohenfelder Brauhaus is a house with history. Once founded by chef Hermann Plöscher in 1592 "for the catering of guests" and continued as a brewery for centuries, Negjmije Topallaj has been at the stove as head chef since 2016, pampering the hearts and palates of guests with fresh delicacies. Of course, only dishes that have been "tested" by the hearts and palates of her own 4 children are served.
