The eggs and various products sold in the self-service farm store come from the farm’s own poultry operation.
The selection includes free-range eggs, farm-fresh egg noodles, chicken fricassee, chicken Bolognese, and cheese-and-leek soup with chicken. Regional potatoes round out the selection. Soup chickens and broiler chickens are available for purchase by order.
The self-service farm store is open 24 hours a day. There is also a soft-serve ice cream machine on site.
