Hof Beining

Historic site
Opposite the Brinkmann farm in Hiddentrup is the Beining farm. Until around the turn of the century (19th-20th century), an old peasant castle made of massive stone blocks stood there, which offered protection in times of war and otherwise served as a storehouse. The Beining farm is already listed in the Lippe landscape registers of 1533.
