The Senne Heritage Center is a collection of several historic buildings typical of the Senne. Old farming activities, historical handicrafts as well as local history and customs are preserved here.
On around 1000 m² of exhibition space within the buildings, visitors can learn about the way of life of the old inhabitants of the Senne.

Directions from the A33 freeway
From Paderborn take exit 24 Paderborn-Sennelager, from Bielefeld leave the A33 at exit 23 Stukenbrock-Senne. From both exits it is 4 kilometers on the L756 to the center of Hövelhof.
Arrival by public transport
From the main train stations Paderborn and Bielefeld you can reach Hövelhof very quickly with the NordWestBahn on the RB route 74 "Senne-Bahn" every half hour on weekdays during peak times and every hour at weekends.
