Geha-Rangierlok

Industrial heritage
Monument

Built in 1948, the former shunting locomotive of Geha-Möbelwerke, the first large Hövelhof-based company, now has a place of honour as an industrial monument at Hövelhof station. It was in service from 1949 to 1986 and underwent extensive restoration in 2013. As a themed logo, it also adorns the signage for the Sennebahn hiking trail, which combines nature and industrial views of the Senne community in an outstanding way.
