Weine| Hiking trail W2 "Aschental"

From the sports field, the trail first leads towards the center of the village before turning right onto Dorfstraße and leaving Weine again. The route then heads south through the Almetal valley. At the entrance to Siddinghausen, turn right at the railroad tracks into the cul-de-sac and follow the path parallel to the old railroad line. Then turn left along the edge of the forest, past the leisure facility with a pedal pool, which is a good place to take a break.

Further on, turn right onto the Hammweg and follow this until the path leads in a wide arc to the north - always along the edge of the forest. At the barbecue area, turn right onto Aschentalweg. Follow this until you reach Bürener Weg. Finally, the trail leads back to the starting point at the sports field via the "Sternlied" road.
