The W2 hiking trail in Büren-Weine offers a short and varied loop through woods and fields.

From the sports field, the path leads out of the village via the "Sternlied" road. At the district boundary, turn right and follow the path into the forest. At the next junction, turn right again before the path leaves the forest again. The route then leads through the open fields and finally via Hornweg back to the starting point at the sports field.

Directions & Parking facilities

Von der A44 kommend Ausfahrt 60 "Büren" nehmen, dann weiter über L776 und Beschilderung nach Büren folgen. Vorbei am Gewerbegebiet, dann links ab auf "Knickberg" und der Straße nach Weine folgen.

Parkmöglichkeit am Sportplatz (Parkstreifen an der Straße "Sternlied"), alternativ an der Schützenhalle (Rüthener Straße 5, ca. 500 m vom Wanderweg entfernt)

Bushaltestelle: "Bür-Weine" (Buslinie Bür3)
