- Start: "Am Lattenbusch" in the district of St. Vit
The circular trail starts in the small Rheda-Wiedenbrück parish of St. Vit, where you can first visit the beautiful baroque parish church before setting off on the trail.
After crossing Oelder Straße, the path leads you further into Hambusch, a wooded area that once belonged to the princely Bentheim-Tecklenburg family and served as a local recreation area. There are some sensible, more natural shortcuts here if the path is too long for you. After passing through this section of forest and crossing the Oelder Straße again in a southerly direction, the trail leads you back to the starting point via the Radheide past the Neuhaus estate.
Please note the information on safety and equipment in advance. The trail is no longer marked on site. For orientation, please use the digital map, download the gpx track or print out the route as a pdf in advance.

The path is no longer continuously marked on site. In this respect, please carry a charged smartphone with you and use this Outdooractive map to find your way or print out the map sections in advance.
In Hambusch, short sections are somewhat damp after persistent rainfall, so weatherproof hiking boots are recommended.
Except for a bench, there are few places to sit along the way. However, there are many natural ones, such as tree trunks, which are ideal for a short break.
