Nature and culture in the Senne
The "Senne-Parcours Hövelhof" is a 60-kilometre circular cycle route that allows you to experience the nature, landscape and culture of the Senne region in an exemplary way. Particularly attractive: important Hövelhof sights and excursion destinations are located directly on the route. In this way, you can get to know Hövelhof and the Senneland landscape from its most beautiful side!
In addition to the Senne home center, the Ems springs in the Moosheide nature reserve and the Ems information center are highlights of the tour. If you arrive by train, the cycle tour begins stress-free at the start. This is because the Senne trail begins directly at Hövelhof railroad station - the gateway to the Senne.
The route itself can be completed in one day, but more time should be planned individually for visiting the sights.
