A varied circular route through forests and stream valleys through the Niederntudorf forest.

From the hikers' parking lot, the trail leads north via Unterm Wiesberg past the Quellschwemmkegel. Then turn right into the forest and right again at the refuge in a southerly direction. Continue past the school forest and over the L818. Via the Graf-Merveldt-Weg and the Mickenpfad, the trail leads through the forest and over the L636. After a section through the stream valley and above the Böddeken monastery, the L818 is crossed again. The trail then follows the Dahlgosse stream past the Luise-Weber-Hütte and back to the starting point.
