The panoramic tour with a steep ascent is particularly suitable for hikes in the cold season, as it is mainly in the open and on paved paths - so the chance of sunshine is high.

One half of the tour is flat along the Nethe and along the cycle paths through the Nethe meadows. If you are lucky, you can watch the kingfisher fishing near the impressive railroad bridge. The other half of the tour leads along the wind turbines over the Hüwe. From there, there are sweeping views of the Nethe valley towards Höxter.
