This three-kilometre running trail leads through the "Wilhelmsberg" forest area in the Paderborn district of Schloß Neuhaus. The course of the running trail can be identified by the distance markings (100-meter steps).

The three-kilometre trail starts at the small parking lot. First you walk a short distance on asphalt directly towards a baroque Stations of the Cross. Turn sharp right there. Near the Meinolfus Chapel, keep left and follow the path, which is marked with distances in 100-meter increments.

Take the A 33 freeway to the Pad.-Schloß Neuhaus exit; then head towards Paderborn city center. After about 800 m, at the traffic lights, turn left towards the center of Schloß Neuhaus or Sennelager. Follow the main road for about 1.7 km (first Residenzstraße, then Bielefelder Straße), then turn left at the crossroads into Adenauerring. After just under 100 meters, a narrow path branches off to the right to the small parking lot where the running trail begins.
There is a small parking lot directly at the starting point of the running trail in front of the barrier. Otherwise, you can park on the hard shoulder of the Adenauerring near the Altes Forsthaus café (destination address: Bielefelder Straße 47, 33104 Paderborn-Schloß Neuhaus).
Take the city bus line 1 (PaderSprinter) to the "Adenauerring" stop.
