The A2 hiking trail near Husen offers a varied route of just under eight kilometers between village, field and forest edge - ideal for a short, relaxing tour with far-reaching views.

From the starting point on Muchtweg, the route first heads north and then left into the street "Zum Kosef", which you follow into the village. Via Flauerstweete, the route leads out of the village along the edge of the forest, then further south to Heggeweg and in the direction of the wind turbines. From there, the trail follows the Muchtweg back to the starting point. The route offers open landscapes, quiet paths and beautiful views over the Altenautal valley.

Von der A44 kommend über die Abfahrt 62 ("Lichtenau, Westf.") auf die L817 nach Norden in Richtung Lichtenau. Dann links ab auf die L754. Dieser in den Ort folgen.
