This 10 km route around Hegensdorf invites you on a circular walk through the Bürener Land region, including to the Keddinghäuser See (retention basin) and through the beautiful bird sanctuary located there.

In addition to the unique view of the Aftetal valley, this route also offers other highlights, such as Lake Keddinghausen with its bird sanctuary and the parish church of St. Vitus. The Jägerhof, Hauptstraße 24 (Tel.: 02951/2621) is a good place to take a break.
