The HW5 is a 5.5-kilometre loop that combines forest passages, stream valleys and paths to create a relaxed hike.

From the starting point on Klostermannweg, the route initially leads out of the village and runs parallel to the L817. After crossing the L818, the route continues through the forest, later turning right and crossing the railroad line. The route continues along Torfbruchstraße to the Glasebach parking lot, where it crosses the L817. The route then heads north along the Eiser Weg to the K13, which you follow in parallel before returning to the starting point.
