This varied loop near Borchen-Gellinghausen combines quiet forest passages with open fields.

The trail starts at the Forsthaus Gellinghausen hiking parking lot. The trail initially follows the edge of the forest in a wide arc to the south before entering the forest. After leaving the forest again, the trail continues to the right along the edge of the forest. The path then leads through open fields to Burgweg, which you turn left onto. Shortly afterwards, turn right and walk through the forest again. Above the Wallburg, the path finally leads back to the starting point.
