From the beautifully restored Cramer farm, head north towards Benteler and pass the lovingly renovated Benteler Heimatstube museum with its 2,000 exhibits. Now it's time to prick up your ears, because you might hear the restored mechanical clockwork ticking in the tower house in front of St. Anthony's Parish Church.

From here, follow the route to Langenberg. Treat yourself to a bike break in the half-timbered café "Zur Linde". Once you have left the Hohenfelder private brewery behind you, cycle via Bokel to Druffel. A country cheese dairy awaits you here, which will be happy to reveal the secrets of cheese production.

Continue on to Neuenkirchen, where coffee lovers will get their money's worth at the local coffee roastery and the "Gartenschaupark Rietberg" is well worth a visit for young and old alike. Back on the saddle again, you reach the nature reserves "Steinhorster Becken" and "Rietberger Emsniederungen". If you still need something for dinner, the nearby Milsmann asparagus and strawberry farm offers culinary delights from the countryside. Once you arrive in Mastholte, you can experience historical country life up close in the local heritage house. Outside, there is a farm garden with a shed, draw well and bread oven. At the end of the tour, reward yourself with an apple spritzer or a cool beer at your destination.
