This varied half-day hike through the Buker Eggewald forest leads in part along the Viadukt hiking trail, which has been recognized as a "Wanderbares Deutschland" quality trail by the German Hiking Association since 2008. Lush green and bright colors in the autumn sun make for an eventful Egge hike. You can really enjoy nature, the clean air and the pleasant climate in this tranquil setting. You will find benches and refreshment stops along the way. Tip: If you have the opportunity, be sure to attend a concert by the 8th Hussars Buke in the tradition of the Hussar Regiment of Emperor Nicholas II of Russia.
