The short B3 hiking trail in Brenken combines quiet forest paths with cultural highlights such as the Loreto Chapel and Erpernburg Castle.

The start is at St. Mark's Chapel. First follow the L637 northwards until the Way of the Cross leads into the forest on the right. Follow this path to the Loreto Chapel and then walk along Kapellenallee to Erpernburg Castle. Turn right in front of the castle and follow the path along the edge of the forest. Continue along the Alme, then turn right again towards the forest until the circular route returns to the starting point at St. Mark's Chapel.
