The B2 hiking trail in Brenken is a circular tour through the Almetal valley and the open countryside around the village.

The start is at Almekrug. From there, turn into Ükern street and then follow Kilianstraße. Leave the village via Lengerfeldweg and walk parallel to the Alme. After a while, turn right and cross the Alme bridge. The return route follows the opposite side of the river to St. Mark's Chapel, where the St. Mark's Pavilion offers a good place to rest. From there, turn right and take Sendstraße back to the village and the starting point.

Von der A44 kommend die Ausfahrt 60 ("Büren") nehmen und der L776 nach Süden folgen. Dann links einbiegen in "Heggeweg" und der Straße in den Ort folgen.

Wanderparkplatz in der Ortsmitte (Kilianstraße / Ecke "Frehe").

Von hier folgen Sie der Kilianstraße vorbei an der Kirche zum Startpunkt der Wanderung (ca. 350 m).

Bushaltestelle: "Bür-Brenken, Kirche" (Buslinien 461, R61, S60)
