The B1 hiking trail in Brenken is a short loop through the outskirts of the village, Almetal valley and open countryside.

The start is at Margarethenhof. From there, follow the Ükern road to Kilianstraße and turn right. The path leads out of the village and continues parallel to the Alme. Then cross the Alme bridge, turn right and follow the path to the Markuskapelle chapel. Turn right again there and walk back to the starting point via Sendstraße.
