Boßeln is a sociable game that is particularly popular in northern Germany. The rules are simple and make the game accessible to all age groups. The aim is to roll a ball over a set distance with as few throws as possible. The course can vary, often played on country roads or dirt tracks.
- Teams : Two teams compete against each other. Each team has its own coloured ball made of wood or plastic.
- Throwing : The ball is thrown from the hand, whereby the technique is freely selectable. The team members take their turn in a fixed order.
- Playing the game : Play always continues with the ball that is behind, so that the same team can take their turn twice in a row.
- Target : The team that gets the ball to the target with the fewest throws wins.

A 33 to Stukenbrock Senne (exit 23). Keep heading north (Stukenbrock). From Paderbornar Straße, turn left onto Rahmkeweg before the Brinkkapelle chapel at Bisplinghoff until you reach Stallfeld, then keep left. The starting point is located after approx. 1 km at the southernmost tip of the path at the edge of the forest.
