Around 1,000 metres in altitude and five climbs characterize this tour, which leads through the three towns of Marienmünster, Nieheim and Steinheim. Some of the climbs are long but not too steep. The tour is wooded and shady in the Egge area, where the Apachen Pass is crossed between Heesten and Leopoldstal, while the eastern part of the route includes longer sections through fields and meadows. This tour also uses mainly low-traffic roads.
