Ahden | Hiking trail A1

From the starting point on Forkstraße, the trail initially leads north through fields and meadows, following the Almetal valley to Wewelsburg. Below the imposing castle, the trail turns right and heads south. After crossing the K21, the trail continues along the Ahdener Talweg, always alongside the "Rechter" stream and under the A44, until it reaches the crossroads at "Siebeneichen". There, the hiking trail turns right into the Schluchtweg and then north again, this time over the highway bridge. On Moosbruchstraße, turn right again shortly before entering the village and the path dives into the forest. The route then leads through the fields and finally via Hirschweg and Sperberweg back to the starting point on Forkstraße.
