Museum day of the Ilser Webstube

In the Ilse weaving room, guests can have the craft explained and shown to them. A knowledgeable guided tour provides insights into the most important basic steps of spinning and weaving. In addition to the exhibition and the weaving demonstrations, the shearing and rearing of a warp and the setting up of a loom are clearly shown. Interested visitors can try their hand at weaving on a farmer's loom under supervision.

While browsing, you can purchase one or two individual souvenirs. On request, woven pieces can be woven in almost all sizes according to the respective possibilities in old and new patterns.

Groups of 10 people or more are also welcome outside opening hours by appointment.

The entrance, the exhibition on the first floor and the sanitary facilities are barrier-free. The upper floor can be reached via a staircase. Parking spaces are located directly in front of the Webstube.
