The four-arch bridge made of masonry and quarry stone spans the River Nethe. The first components probably date back to the 13th century. The bridge was first mentioned in writing in 1537. In 1768, the bridge was rebuilt using the stones from the demolished Sudheimer Warte. Until 1973, all southbound traffic travelled over this bridge.
